There is nothing in the law that stops you marrying 3rd time and filling for your wife to move here, but certainly earlier marriages and you helped them immigrate to US will be looked into.

Only reason they dont want ppl to have sham marriage just for immigration.

As someone mentioned here, maybe you should wait and take sometime and not rush in marriage - from all your post it seems you are rushing in whith this woman as she already has a child from previous marriage.

Yes, 3 fiancee/spousal visas may be a red flag. But you sound very honest and sincere. Maybe you rushed things a bit last time but it sounds to me like you are a decent guy who has just had some bad luck. I think that if you are sure of yourself you should go for it 100%! Just be sure to accumulate a mountain of evidence to prove the legitimacy of your current relationship! Good luck! You deserve happiness!

It does not seem to work too well them moving here, have you thought of moving?

I was even thinking about trying out "the national crop" rather than the foreign one...

August 23, 2010 - I-129 F package sent via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.

August 30, 2010 - Per Department of Homeland Security (DHS) e-mail, petition received and routed to California Service Center for processing. Check cashed. I-797C Notice of Action by mail (NOA 1) - Received date 08/25/2010. Notice date 08/27/2010.

After 150 days of imposed anxious patience...

January 24, 2011 - Per USCIS website, petition approved and notice mailed.

January 31, 2011 - Approval receipt notice (NOA 2) received by mail. Called NVC, given Santo Domingo case number, and informed that petition was sent same day to consulate.

Called Visa Specialist at the Department of State every day for a case update. Informed of interview date on February, 16 2011. Informed that packet was mailed to fiance on February, 15 2011.

February 21, 2011 - Fiance has not yet received packet. Called 1-877-804-5402 (Visa Information Center of the United States Embassy) to request a duplicate packet in person pick-up at the US consulate in Santo Domingo. Packet can be picked-up by fiance on 02/28.

March 1, 2011 - Medical exam completed at Consultorios de Visa in Santo Domingo.

March 9, 2011 at 6 AM - Interview, approved!

March 18, 2011 - POE together. JFK and O'Hare airports. Legal wedding: May 16, 2011.

Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.

I filed in 06 that one failed did not find out until 07 so I withdrew it. I filed again Feb 09 and cancelled that one in August. The first one told me she failed the interview, but would not tell me anything beyond that. I thought it was dead at that stage. The 2nd one was just after money. The first 2 were from the Philippines. I signed up with blossoms.com and started looking in China. I have been scrutinized and had to hire a lawyer this time. Now I am married we are finally have our interview next month after 16 months of waiting. I was in too big a hurry and that cost me more time and money than was necessary. The 3rd time was the charm so far. I just can't wait for her to get here. Good luck I would think long and hard on this before you do anything.

Yes, goodluck to you. It don't matter where your wives came from unles there is mutual understanding, respect, care and love for each other and acceptance of the reality of life. Whatever it makes you happy go for it. I do pray no much hardship on the third one. I believe you are a good guy and because of that you will be rewarded soon. God bless and stay positive. I just feel bad that some people think here some Asian wives married because of Green Card or migrate? who the hell she is talking? she is Asian too...bad or good people are everywhere not just Asia. I knw you did your best part man! I am from Philippines so I should be proud where I came from. Im not judging here, Im just telling. Thanks.

As others have alread scrutinized me..Im sorry to see that. They are women..and they were wives..and i did care, and above all i did and still do love them. I lost the first because she chose to be a woman, with love for wanting a child, and thats the most beautiful thng a woman could want..and i have never wanted more then to see her happy, and now she is, and we have continued to be friends..and her husband is glad i was a failure on being able to have children, and now he didnt have to go thru what i did at USCIS, and the pain of losing her to him. My second wife was from a different country."not the same" as some have said. I trusted a family to set me up with their relative, that was the mistake. She was from the Philippines. She said she would adjust, and enjoy the life I live, and all that goes with it. But on arrival, she dod not like my friends.my relatives, and my life style. As I said,I was married to a Cambodian..I have learned the ways of Buddha, and still accept christianity. But she did not like me having friends, relatives, and attachments to cambodia, and its people, and never got over that, and led our marriage down a path of destruction due to jealousies, and a lack of understanding and acceptance of other cultures, not exactly the way of those of us here on Visa Journey. I love Cambodian culture and its people.A friend told me I will never be happy as long as i marry any other asian culture because they will not accept my life style, and likes. And as long as children are in question not being able to have them..that too will be a problem. So my opportunity has arrose to be with a woman who has a child..and divorced, and we have wanted to be together thru an intro from a friend..not a "relative". So their thought of bringing some one here just so she could be with her family isnt a flag either..she has no family here..just me if it is successful. She knows my love for her culture..and she is happy to be loved and cared for,and is very traditional, and kind..and beautiful. I guess now i I will go to see her in July I hope, and get engaged to her, and plan to go to marry her in November. Theres the story for those who may doubt me. So thank you , and if your third is a success. i will be watching and praying..I do care.and i do love..bless everyone, thats why were here. For love..not finger pointing..and accusations. I dont judge others..im here to make the world a smaller and better place thru my love of cambodia, and its people and culture. If that is wrong..the forgive me..and Im sorry.

I have been in your shoes. My first wife was American as am I. After being married for 3 years she started using so I divorced her. My second wife who i planned to spend forever with asked for a divorce the day after receiving her permanent residency (Caught of Guard). I meet a wonderful woman from Cambodia even though I was against marriage but after 6 months of talking everyday on skype I went to visit her and we are engaged now and hopefully marry on Oct 15 of this year. My best advice to you is just be happy and if she makes you happy then ignore the other advice you get from people who tell you to look in the states or take your time they only know what they read and not what makes you happy. You only have one life that we know of live it to the fullest.

As for the other I have a uncle who brought 4 different woman here 2 divorce one passed away He had a harder time with the last one probably because she was 30 yrs younger but in the end he has done it 4 times I am not sure how also none from the same country. The only thing was they counted towards his poverty level income because of the sponsor. On the last one he had been divorced for 7 yrs so I think only 1 counted and there child together.

Hope that is helpful it has been 5 or 6 years since his last marriage so I am not sure how much the rules have changed. Daniel

I'm sorry, but it sounds callous to say 'I'm on my third one.' These are humans with feelings - at least have the courtesy to call them wives.

3rd one refering to 3rd k1, which was the subject of the op.

Also i debate if "one of these" was actually a human with feelings. I'll give courtesy where courtesy is due.

If that what makes him happy going for a 3rd one abroad, go for it OP. Just try it and find out. I doubt any one here can have the correct answer to your question.

I say "go for it"

My 2 cents.
