Hello to all...

This is my first post I been reading alot in these forums, and learned a lot as well thanks to all. Here is my ?

I am born here in USA But I married out side the country I applied for here for a K3 visa she was approved back in Feb 2007 (which has expired) but I waited to long to apply for AOS so I finally did in the Dec

for the I485 and she has an approved I130 already so last month she got her working permit thats good and yesterday we had her interview so we went there with a lawyer and I forgot to say that we have a child and he is born here and she is currently

pregnant she is in the ninth month so cant wait..... So we went there for the interview and they called our names the interview started he asked us ? and we answered them and asked for papers to prove we live together our lawyer gave him every paper he asked for but we didnt

have any bank statements or anything like lease or bills in our name because we live in our fathers house so he didnt care any ways he asked me about my job told him everything ooo he has all the tax returns and asked my wife simple ? nothing about us like when we meet or

anything like that about our family only asked about our child when was he born the time ext.

So the point is after he finished he didnt even ask for pics of us. he said i need to get him a new birth certificate so i did today I gave it to him and the paper that he wrote on it that i have to get him the birth certificate he has my name wrong so when i went there today i told the lady on the window that tell him that my name is wrong on it she said okay after waiting for half hour he comes out and calls me and tells me that why did i tell the lady to speak to the supervisor he was mad so i told him I didnt tell the lady to do that so he said okay then i pointed out my name on the paper that he gave my yesterday was wrong he said its not a problem so i said can you stamp it for me that i gave u what u asked for he did, but when i told him can u stamp my wife passport he said no i cant i still have to review the file which he did yesterday

is this a good thing or bad?

ooo and yesterday he said everything looks good just i need you to get me a new birth certificate because mine is old.and he wrote on one of my wifes passport papers this: SEC 245 INTERVIEW APRIL 20, 2011 WITH HER A# AND IR-6 THATS IT.

SO ANY ADVICE IF ITS ALL GOOD OR WHAT?

THANKS

that was VERY confusing. Using a question mark is for punctuation to signify that what you wrote IS a question, not using the question mark in place of the WORD "question". You can shorten to "qn" and most people will know what you mean. Please also try and use a full stop to show the end of a sentence. Some of the words really ran on and while I eventually read it fine some people won't even bother 'cause it takes too long.

What you wrote is standard for an interview. You should get an update online on whether you've been approved or denied. It SOUNDS like you might be approved but only the IO will know for sure. Give it a day or two.

I think you'll be ok. It doesn't sound like the interview was tough at all.

Section 245 is the part of the INA that covers adjustment of status; i.e., applying for a green card while in the US.

Everyone who becomes an immigrant, whether they do it by getting an immigrant visa at a US consulate or by applying for a green card in the US, needs a visa number from the National Visa Center. The visa number category for someone who becomes an immigrant by adjustment of status is IR-6; or "Immediate Relative, category 6". You don't have to do anything - USCIS will get the visa number from the NVC.

There's nothing unusual or suspicious at all about those numbers.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
