I don't have a vaccination record, help!!

Hi there,

I was born in Thailand and have moved to the UK since I was 22 years old. I'm now 29 years old. I wanted to get thing done before hand before I get NOA 2. I called my mom back in Thailand if she could find me a vaccination record. She went to the Hospital and asked for one. Unfortunately they couldn't get me one cuz there is no record in their system. (In Thailand we don't have a national health Service like in the UK) and back then the technology of computer system was so poor so all we had was a little notebook, and my mom lost it as well. As far as I remembered I had load of vaccinations done when I was little, the doctors and nurses even went to school to gave us shots, plus I had chickenpox when I was like 12 years old.

I went to see my GP in England and explained my situation. She said she can't just give me a shot cuz I asked her so. And she needs some evidence if I hadn't had it done before. But I have no proof I required for a blood test on Tuesday to see which vaccination I have already had it. But that's not guarantee if the nurse will give me a shot cuz she said I have to speak to one of vaccine nurse, and that will cost money!! Oh my god what a hassle??? Now I'm stuck! I do not know what to do now.

Is there any Thai-British here to help me?? thank you
