6 months still no NOA2

Timeline

it's been 6 months now and still no NOA2.

wrote my senator two weeks ago still haven't heard anything yet.

called USCIS and they put a case on it 3weeks ago.

called this morning and it's still pending......

the wait is like watching paint dry.

now many people here file in OCT. and still waiting???

send them a E.MAIL..1-130inquiries.tsc@dhs.gov ...the normal time for the cri is about 8 to 10 months if your lucky.... the 1-129f is 5 months 6 normal times. so you still have some waiting to do for your noa2 relax, good luck.

NOA2 8-10 months??? That is the approxiamte time for the whole process.. NOA1-NOA2 is 5-6 months... USCIS says approxiamte 5 months on their web site for all the centers

I was in your position a couple days ago...we just got our NOA2 on April 14th. We have been waiting since Oct 27 2010, and our case was not touched at all the whole time (atleast according to the USCIS website). We also had a case put in, also had the congressman look into it. A week after getting the case and congressman involved, we had approval. I don't think the two had anything to do with it.

I hope its going to be right around the corner for you, because the waiting game really does suck.
