Lord, Raj is our most persistent pest at the moment--I wish him well, but I also wish he would disappear for awhile and give us all a rest.

From what I've read here, Texas does not process I-130s (except during the whole CSC-TSC-CSC fiasco awhile ago, but I haven't been here long enough to fully understand that situation)... which would explain the much shorter processing estimate.

Of course there are differences in the Service Center processing times. My VJ estimated approval time (I'm at VSC) is about a month behind those of the other CSC march filers. It's not the end of the world!

Relax. At 5months+, you are almost there.

03/07/11: I-130 package sent to Chicago Lockbox

03/14/11: NOA1 via text and email (03/21/11: in the mail); petition routed to VSC

How can what be true (be specific)? All I make of those timelines is that you both got NOA1s exactly 10 days after sending in paperwork..
