Hello Everyone!

Me and my Family are moving to California by the end of this month, we are here in Oregon.

My Green Card will expire August 2011, so I am wondering how will that work? Should I just renew it while we are here in Oregon or when we get to California??

I only have 3 more months till it expires.

Thanks!!

If you have a 2 yr green card you are NOT renewing it. You have to apply for removal of conditions.

Filing removal of conditions should be done 90 days before expiration or the soonest possible time frame you have.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Hi, thanks for the respond..

With that said, should I apply for the removal of conditions here in Oregon then just use Form AR-11 to change my Address?

Thanks..

Thats probably the easiest way to do it, then you have it sent off and you wont have to worry about filing when you are moving or after you get there. You would just have to do the change of address part.
