Hello fellow VJ's,

I am having a really hard time trying to put this together. I file d three different I130 for my wife and her two kids. The time for the NVC process is coming soon, I hope, and I am very confused when it comes to household size, and if should I listed the two kinds in my wife's I864. I know I have to fill out three of them, but the question is, how should I do it. I don't want to pay a lawyer for this, I know I am just a bit overwhelmed with so much paperwork, and I am hoping any of you can help me please.

Thanks in advance

From what I have read on USCIS website in the instructions for I864 affidavit of support, you would put your wife as the Principal Immigrant and then list your step children on the same form as long as they will be immigrating with your wife or within 6 mos. of your wife entering the country. It doesn't look like you need seperate forms for each. As far as household size, I know you have to include any persons you support whether they live in your household or not...that includes your immigrating wife & her children. So if you live alone, have no other relatives that you support, and its just you, your wife & her 2 children then your household size would be 4. Hope this helps! Best of luck
