Hello, just NVC and found out that my case was recieved by NVC on 18April2011. So far they havent sent me any kind of documents by mail but I already went ahead and sent me DS 3032 by email and at same time, I sent a request by mail with my Military Deploymet Orders to Expedite my case.

My question is if my Expedite request gets approved and I understand it will be sent directly to Counsulate in Islamabad without further processing at NVC. Does this means that Counsulate will request all those documents which are usually requested by NVC ? I am deploying on 30th of MAY and hopefully my spouse can get her Visa by then.

Also does anyone know how do I go about expediting at Counsulate level.

here is what NVC send me via email "Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC). Your request for the expeditious processing of this immigrant visa petition is currently under review. You will be informed of the results when the review is completed."

You need to contact the consul in the manor that they request, generally seems to be by email as only a few have phone lines. You would have to look on the consuls website.

When you get a hold of them you need to give your NVC case number, beneficiary and petitioner info and state that you have an expedite approved petition due to military deployment on/around may 30th. Then request an interview etc before that time.

The expedite approval can take anywhere from 5 to 10 days usually.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
