who knows... you go through the whole thing of proving you aren't going to be a burden to the state when you get there, and then it seems like they want you to be an unemployed layabout for as long as possible!

11/15/2006 NOA1 for EAD and AOS

12/1/2006 Received RFE Grrrrrrrrr

12/2/2006 Biometrics

12/8/2006 Sent back RFE

1/26/2007 EAD Card Production Ordered

1/31/2007 EAD Card received

3/6/2007 INTERVIEW - FBI namecheck

3/26/2007 NOA1 for AP

4/30/2007 AOS APPROVED

5/7/2007 Green Card Arrived!

This link in this post works. I suspect that in the previous post you had cut and pasted from my post, but here you cut and pasted from the address line in your browser? (Note that VJ 'abbreviates' a URL when displaying it in a post, the display leaving out some of the characters of the underlying link.)

All EADs are "temp" - they all expire.

Timeline
Interim EAD is only given to those who have filed for the 1 year EAD and have waited 90 days +, they can go to their local office and request a interim EAD.... nothing to do with Temp EAD available at some POE...

I arrived via JFK on 11 Sept and managed to get a Temp EAD stamp....
