Hey,

I am just starting to fill out my AOS stuff now, and I have had a really hard time finding a civil surgeon to complete the records. I am just curious if anyone has had luck, or if anyone has done it in Phoenix that would be better! I called a bunch of places and they all want to charge 130 even thought the medical is completed. Does this seeem a bit ridiculous just to fill out a couple lines and certify it.

I did not do this myself for my own AOS, and did not run into an issue, but i did some reading on it, when i filed my papers. FYI: i called a bunch of CS offices in my area when i was filing, and they were quoting from $150-$350 just to get the records transcribed, and 3 of the secretaries told me they would need to do another full medical all over again, which, as you probably know, is NOT true.

there's a bunch of threads, try reading this one:

Yeah it sounds a little too pricey in my opinion, we only paid $25 for the transcription and $10 for the extra shot. I know people who've paid anything in between $25 to $75 and that seems to be the norm, but then again I am not familiar with your location. Goodluck and if you make it to the April AOS filers please join our thread :)
