Back on topic, there is no need for a constitutional amendment to show eligibility prior to taking office because it is already mentioned, in the constitution. I find it laughable Danno that you suggest a constitutional amendment that has been in the constitution since 1787.

Danno, there is no need for a constitutional amendment to legitimize the histrionics of birthers like you.Fact of the matter is, eligibility requirements are already in the constitution (Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5). Federal election commission enforce federal election laws that state that only a natural born citizen can run for president. Birthers don't seem to even realize the insanity of the logistics needed to support their suggestion that he was born in Kenya, not to mention the massive government coverup and forged documents to illegally get him into the country.
