Can some one tell me how long it is from the interview to when you receive the passport back with Visa in it thanks

It depends. If you had all of your documents and they just need to print the visa and put it in and send it back, it's usually less than a week.

However, given the holiday coming up, I would wait 2 weeks before I started calling anyone.

If you had to send in extra documents or if you are put in Additional Processing (or Administrative Processing etc), then there is no telling. This can happen to anyone, even if it seemed like the interview was going well.

So I guess the short answer is "Who the heck knows" Sorry.

They say at least 10 working days at the interview. My husband booked my flight for 9days after my interview before I was even approved. This made me quite nervous! He was confident and luckily I got mine in 3 days. I paid for the fastest delivery from DHL.

Expect 2 weeks as previous poster said, more if there are holidays during that time.

Interview was on friday, March 18, my fiance received his visa and package from courier on the following Wednesday. Good luck!

thanks for your replies my interview is 3rd June so hope I get it back by following Friday as flight on 13th is £300 cheaper
