Tracking Visa at 2GO in Order to Pick Up

My fiancee wants to see if her visa has showed up at the local 2GO branch so that she can pick it up. They told her she needs a tracking number. How does she get that? Is her case number the tracking number, or does she need to get the tracking number from the embassy?

08-22-2008 - Met my wonderful wife in the Philippines.
03-21-2010 - I proposed to her in the Philippines.
09-07-2010 - I-129F filed for K-1 Visa.
09-12-2010 - NOA1 confirmation email received.
11-02-2010 - I visitied the Philippines again.

02-07-2011 - NOA2 email recieved. Approved.
03-22-2011 - Case at USEM.

04-15-2011 - Interview Date. She passed.
05-01-2011 - POE

06-25-2011 - We were married.

-Life has been great ever since.

My fiancee lives in Cebu and got her visa 8 days after the interview. We tried to track on the 2go website (using the MNL#) and it said it was an invalid tracking number even up to the time it was delivered. I was planning on calling the embassy just before it arrived because I thought it had not been mailed yet. Apparently sometimes the tracking number just doesn't work. After reading a few other posts I know some other people have also had this issue.

I used my Manila case #. My interview was on Sept. 13th and I got my visa delivered at home (Pangasinan) on Sept. 16th morning :thumbs: And it's true sometimes tracking # won't work. Good luck hopefully she gets it soon.

8/02/11 NVC e-mailed the packet of instructions for interview

9/13/11 Interview passed (visa printed), thank God for another blessing ;)

9/16/11 Visa on hand

9/20/11 CFO sticker/ticket purchased ^_^
