I-797B Notice of approval

Hi all, only second post!

I am here in the USA already from the UK on a B1 visa, I'm self employed (MD of my own LTD company) as a trader and came over to learn certain US trading styles. I also used to have a J1 visa a few years back as a student.

I was offered a job I couldn't turn down here and applied for a H1B.

My current B1 I94 expires June 6th, so I'll make my way back to London before then.

Im booking my embassy appointment in London for the end of May over the next few days.

I had my H1B approval notice through the mail last week and just wondering what the next steps are? (keep it fairly simple!!)

Im booking my embassy app in London for the end of May over the next few days

-What are the risks left on my visa? Its it inevitable I will be granted the H1B?

-What checks are there left to be done by the London embassy?

-What are the steps for the SSN? What forms are included in the H1B?

-Every time I leave the USA do I need to get something stamped? I remember I had to get something signed when I left on a J1
