Hey everyone, I am about to fill out my I-693 for my wife, but I was wondering, for family name do I write her new last name which is mine, or do I write her maiden name? She came on the k1 visa.

Thanks

Write the same name you will write on I-485. If she wants to use your last name then write it on the forms. If she wants to keep her maiden name then put her maiden name on the forms.
