Seriously? No need to get all butthurt. You posed a stupid question to which I responded. Sorry, I'm not going to make general comments about an entire group of people. If you have a specific question, I will respond. Some of the anti-immigration sentiment from some people on here is bourne of bigotry, some isn't. I'm not so stupid as to think that a general statement about all of the anti immigration comments.

I gave a ride home to 2 different coworkers to my wife on 2 different occasions. On top of that at 2 restaurants my wife worked at (both huge companies listed on the stock exchange), my wife knows that everyone in the kitchen is illegal...She was actually treated differently because she was legal. The manager (illegal) was slightly jealous....From the cooks to the managers to the dishwashers, 9/10 were illegal.

One time she had to fill in at another location (45 minutes away)....There was an older man who was about to get on his bike and ride for 1 hour to go home...He asked for a ride and so we accepted. He had a pretty rough life but probably made $400 to $600 a week...

Once *I KNEW* about how many illegals were in just 2 random restaurants my wife worked at it sort of dawned on me that these 2 aren't just full of illegals by coincidence....That it is a very common problem...Most of the workers there had 2 jobs.

I can tell you right now if they look Mexican and don't speak English they are 100% illegal. If they work in landscaping and are Mexican, and speak bad English (like they just got here less than 5 years ago), they are probably illegal.

There are 10s of millions of them in this country....And quite a bit up here in Michigan (and I live in a small town)

You understand what I'm talking about because of your exposure and interaction with the community. It has nothing to do with stereotyping. If you talk to them once in while, they tell you things.
