Hi. I am eligible to apply for US citizenship last 3 years ago but I decided to apply this year (2011) - this is already my 6th year here in US but I went to the Philippines recently and came back here last March 11 - my question is: Do I still have to wait for 3 or six months before I will submit my N-400 or I can submit it anytime? Thanks again

you can apply whenever you want to.

You don't have to wait any longer. be like NIKE. Just do it. :dance:
