Ted Nugent would be awesome as Secretary of the Interior.

Bill knows something about interiors and so does his cigar

A trained monkey could be secretary of state, and most of them have been.

DisOrly Titz for star of the Adam's family remake...

She/he/it for Republican VP with Dog the bounty hunter as the candidate.

If we are going to go all surreal in our politics, lets do it properly

Actually this lot didn't start the silliness - Reagan and Arny were ahead of their time

Who next, the invisible man for Prez ? We could save on bodyguards at least. Superman for Pres means we could save on Air Force One

Yesterday, the grotesque Governor of Arizona vetoed a new law at the last moment.

It was close

The law banned anyone without a long form birth certificate from running for president in Arizona

Someone whispered in her ear that Arizona itself does not issue long form birth certificates and it would ban all Arizonans from running - except John McCain who was born in Panama

So now..

They are substituting a requirement that every candidate should submit a Protestant baptism certificate as though that proves where you were born

The reptilians always play this the same - it is reminiscent of the Alabama literacy test where black people had to guess how many pieces of bubble gum in a 2 foot tall jar which contained thousands

Who votes for these people ? It's a mystery to me. It's a good job I am just watching the game.

This is not true!

This is not true!

Yes it is

No it isn't

Yes it is

etc etc

Now shall we gone on like this for 20 pages or would you like to give a reason why you think that the governor of Arizona did not veto the bill and did not say it was "a bridge too far" and the bill did not refer to circumcision certificates ?

It is no longer ok for right wingers to say the president was not born in Hawaii or anything else without explaining themselves... you guys have got away with denying the obviously true for too long and the public are now onto it

Even the governor of Arizona is on to it

Your game is up and the truth is out and the arizona right wing are beaten by their own governor and even she refuses to enter the loony bin with them

I’m talking about this line from your OP"Arizona itself does not issue long form birth certificates and it would ban all Arizonans from running - except John McCain who was born in Panama” This is simply not true. My comment has nothing to do with your rambling replay.

I think not very highly of the American people. A large number of them are a bunch of uneducated idiots. And with "uneducated" I'm not referring to fancy college diplomas on the wall, but by showing some interest in what's happening in the word. According to the latest Census, there are about 310,864 million people currently living in the US. Of those only a bout 1/3rd even care to cast a vote. What does that tell us? Recently, CNN asked people dressed in business suits on the streets of NYC who the current Speaker of the House is. Nobody knew. They then asked to name the most prominent Republican politician. Nobody knew one. That reminded me of Jay Leno's "Jay Walk" where he asked questions my 10 year-old Chi-hua-hua from Mexico could answer. They couldn't. What does that tell us.

Then, just a couple of days ago, they surveyed Reptilians on Dr. Obama's citizenship. 50% of those morons believe that he wasn't born in the US, and 26% answered that they weren't sure. All that, after many organizations went through hell to find even a speck of dirt on Obama's official birth certificate after they had it under the microscope for days and concluded that there's not the hint of a shadow of a doubt that everything is kosher here:

http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/born_in_the_usa.html

What does that tell us?

Luckily, the malicious Reptilians felt too sure about their dirty game and started attacking unions, then Medicare, and that's something even the most stupid white trailer trash or black ghetto queen won't misunderstand for a nice gesture. Hence, people now start to see through the BS and there's actually hope, real hope, that Dr. Obama will get a bit up to speed when he doesn't have to please the corporate donors anymore, as he can only be reelected one more time. So for 2013 I hope that he'll be calling them out.

Make no mistake, I wish I did not have to vote for Obama, but if I have to choose between a centrist corporatist and an evil-to-the-core Reptilian, it's an easy choice.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities, an intricate knot of German-Americans, Irish-Americans, English-Americans, French-Americans, Scandinavian-Americans or Italian-Americans, each preserving its separate nationality, each at heart feeling more sympathy with Europeans of that nationality, than with the other citizens of the American Republic . . . . There is no such thing as a hyphenated American who is a good American. The only man who is a good American is the man who is an American and nothing else.

Too many posters give a 5 word sentence like "I think you are wrong"

They believe that anything more than this is 'a rambling reply'

However, it is necessary to set out one's reasons and information because without that, the comment is unsupported and is not worth the pixels it is written on.

For example: If you are saying that all Arizonans have long form birth certificates, then say so and say how you know that.

John McCain was born in Panama by the way - he says he was. The definition of 'natural born' is not very well defined but everyone across the spectrum accepts that McCain is natural born. Would that the right were as sensible as the left in this regard.

Of course McCain is white..

I think people are realising how fantastically good Obama is and the right know they have no chance of beating him except on a technicality. Once that plan is taken away (Even Bachman said today that O was born in Hawaii), I fear the right may resort to mass suicide like those raving extremists in Guiana - because that is their LAST hope of unseating this superb president who actually CARES for his fellow citizens unlike the 'give granny a voucher' right wing who have cooked their own goose big style with the attacks on Medicare and social security while clever O gave them the rope to hang themselves

I saw Trumpy say that... jeez it is a bad week for the repubs... all these crazies like Trump and then poor old Ryan is howled down by his own crowd saying leave my medicare and pension alone

I am hoping they scrap all medicare and all SS as I have zero entitlement and it will force Mrs Red to consider living in Royal Tunbridge Wells with free healthcare until her SS date when the repubs may give her food stamps and a voucher for health care

If I had SS/Medicare entitlements like you guys, I would be forming a militia like the righties do. Giving it all away !

Circumcision certificates ? are they trying to commit political suicide ? If I was a normal republican I would be on the phone telling em to get off the hallucinogens. I think Trump and Ryan are being paid by Obama as it's going to be walk over in 2012 if this goes on

The righties on VJ are very quiet. I don't think they can believe what their party is doing to itself. The repubs party has turned into Charlie Sheen and is set on destroying itself

And Glen Beck is fired too ! (he says he is transitioning - like Custer transitioned)

I did not say, or give example all Arizonans have long form birth cert. You did! Once again my comment was specific and identified an error in your OP "Arizona itself does not issue long form birth certificates and it would ban all Arizonans from running - except John McCain who was born in Panama“ So let stick to this one subject at hand, “Arizona itself does not issue long form birth certificates” your OP

Supported fact that Arizona has issued long forms, refers to a specific document: the paper version of the birth record of a person born before 1997. People born in 1997 and subsequent years do not have long-form certificates; their records are available as electronic certified copies, also known as "short form." I was born long before 1997 my own State of Arizona, Certificate Of Live Birth ‘long form’ makes me a presidential candidate according to HB 2177 and a "natural born" citizen by birth along with any one born before 1997

Let me define this I’m more ‘natural born’ then McCain will ever be.
