IMHO, this incident made Alford look real bad. The player raped a girl and Alford didn't kick him off the team until two years later when he attacked another girl. #######?

Okay, I admit, I care for the players. I got to see some of them play in a summer league in June. Okay fine, I love Iowa basketball. I'm just a little mad at it right now. PLEASE!! TAKE STEVIE BACK HOME!!

edit: btw, it's pretty lol how so many Indiana people bring up Steve Alford as soon as they find out I'm from Iowa. Pretty much a guaranteed conversation starter!

:P I grew up in Iowa City, home of the Hawkeyes. I watched them on TV most all my life, and when I went to college there I got season tickets! Going to those games was so great! I refuse to believe any other football team could be as great and special.

Now, Hawkeye basketball.. I stopped caring about that when they hired Steve Alford and he stunk everything up.
