Filing ROC

Hi Everybody!

I know there`s a million posts like this already, but it`s time for ROC and I`m having a mini freak-out.

My husband and I are living with his parents, so no mortgage, no lease, no bills. My husband is currently unemployed, so we don`t have health insurance and I`m just learning to drive, so we don`t own a car together. Here`s what we do have:

- Statements from our joint bank account

- copies of my green card, ID card, driver`s permit and my husband`s DL

- Statement showing me as the beneficiary for my husband`s IRA

- Joint taxes from 2009, 2010

- Hotel reservation in Niagara Falls (for our second anniversary)and my husband`s credit card statement showing payment for it (I lost the actual bill/receipt)

- Receipts for the jewelry he got for me for Valentine`s Day and Christmas

- Receipts from my dentist showing that my husband paid my bills

- pictures from different places

I can`t think of anything else. What do you think?

Have his parents write an affidavit verifying that you're living with them. Get an affidavit or two from people who know you both and have knowledge of your marriage.
