I'm not sure what forum this should be posted in, maybe it needs to be moved somewhere else....

My husband's interview is scheduled on May 10th. On the letter they sent us, they have pretty much everything on the checklist that they need, except the medical exam. My husband is going to get more originals of his civil documents that expire at the end of April. They already have my tax return and W-2's for this year, as I filed before I left and included it in my AOS packet. I'm going to print out pictures of my trip (I just got back two days ago) to send him this week. He can print out chats and emails there. Is there anything else that I am missing that he needs? We skimmed through the immigrantvisas.state.gov site while I was there and I'm going to read it again. Just wanting to make sure there isn't anything that isn't listed there or anywhere else that I might miss.

Thank you :)

It sounds like you have most of what you need. I am waiting to hear the GREAT news on May 10th, because I am sure you guys will get it. After that "invasive" RFE you got, what else would they need?? :star:

Thanks Tany! :) We really hope and pray so. We are thinking the same thing about the RFE, since it was so extensive, they have "literally everything" about us. I'm also going to send new pictures of us in the next day or two, I hope they will give him a chance to tell them that I was there this month and my daughter was also there for a week, and I hope they will look at our photos. "God willing" everything will work out for us, it's been over a year now since we filed and we're just ready to start our lives together. Thanks for your support :)

I also hope you are able to get some information and get things turned around for you and your husband. Best of luck and prayers for you.
