I don't get it... if you're in a big city, Pride parades rarely go out of the gay neighborhoods. Lest we be reminded in the first place why gay folk created their own hoods?

idk. a couple summers ago, i was in grant park w/ my wife. out of nowhere there were 50+ guys coupled up most of them wearing leathers. i looked around a little bit longer & more were coming. they were unloading from buses & the L train stops in the area...it was funny for a minute, then it got creepy.

Hey now, according to the metro - sexual crowd your a bigot if you don't want your family including your children to see a bunch of freaks parading around like fruit loops in parade. Same with teaching this ####### in school with tax payers $$$$$$$. If your going to be "politically correct", your supposed to be all for weirdo's and degenerates.

Lucky for me I was raised in Enumclaw where we didn't tolerate that kind of #######.

Have you lived in a big city during a gay pride parade?

I like to go down to Key west and go diving from time to time.. There is a boat that leaves here every morning and comes back every afternoon.. no flights no long drives... but I screwed up one time and did not know about the whole fantasy fest deal...

Again.. this was my bad to a degree, but there should have been some warning when I booked my ticket that there was going to be non-family oriented activity in the street 24/7... I would have changed my plans... IMO its a supply and demand thing and if there is sufficient demand then it will happen, but if prople dont want it it wont.. and dont force someone to deal with it unknowingly or without an alternative such as we did..... we headed home the next trip back... not into that activity in any way
