Premium processing for I 751?

We called Uscis today and were told about premium processing. We were told some applications are approved lot faster because they chose pp over regular processing. Anyone here has done that? Had we known about this prior to filing we would have paid additional fees for pp. Do cases ever take over 6 months to process?

Not sure why they told you about it because it doesn't look like you can use it for ROC. It seems to be for employment based ONLY.

How do you get to talk to a human. I have listened to the entire menu on 1-800-375-5283 and I can not figure out how to talk to a customer representative.

Any help would be appreciated.

Here's how 1 for English. 2 to check on the status and 6 to talk to a csr. They just read back case status off their computer. Thanks for the responses. The lady told us we could have done pp. I didn't know it was for employment based applicants only.

umm.... try pressing 0 or 9.... ? i havent called that number lately... though the last time i did, i selected a totally different option that i didnt want but that had the option to speak to someone about it, then when i got them on the phone, i played dumb and said "im not too sure if i pressed the right number but ..." and then continues to ask the question i wanted!
