confused what to do next...

Hello guys, my fiancee just called and informed me that he already received the letter came from NVC informing him that our packet has been forwarded at the embassy here in kuwait, and will be at the embassy until the end of this week, we also got our case number!1...i was so overwhelmed with this good news that our case is moving forward now.. I just don't know what to do next, am i going to wait for the packets(3 and 4)or should i do some moves like calling th embassy or make some interview or medical appointment etc...i am really confused guys so as i read many topics and comments that some didn't wait for their packet that they just make an online appointment to their respective embassy's....can anyone help me also on how to get into the system of the embassy?I really just dont know what to do, i have the case number now but i am really blackout and are they gonna use mail or email as to send me packets? please help guys..

Along the top are topics the first is "Home" then "About us" then Citizen Services" then "Visas" is 4th choice.

Put your mouse on "Visas" and a drop down menu appears with 2 choices Visa Services or Immigrant Visas choose Visa Services. After you click Visa Services there are 3 choices #1 is How do I apply for a visa?

Click on "How do I apply for a visa?" There are 11 choices click #8 the Fiancee choice
