Paid all the fees and sent in both the I-864 and IV packages via email at the end of March. Got email confirmations for both but when I called the NVC today, they guy says they have no record of my emails and to resend them. If I don't receive a response in a week just send them again. :o WTH. Emailed them in again, but didn't receive an email confirmation back this time. I know that the email address is set in the network spam filter because I've gotten emails in the past so I have no idea what's going on now. Are the email confirmations not working now? Only thing I can think is give them until next monday and call again. Any other suggestions?

Yeah I try to send them something to last light and this morning in two different email. I got no email confirmation like before. So I guess it's just not me or you, lets see if it is a glitch in their email system.

04/06/11 Automatic recorder on the NVC machine stated that my package was received this date and have to wait 6-8 weeks for next responds

04/16/11 RFE issing my spouse passport biopage

04/18/11 Email back the missing paperwork for NVC

04/19/11 Email from NVC they recieved the RFE I sent.

04/20/11 Spoke with NVC they say have to wait 20days for change

05/16/11 Spoke with NVC they say "case is complete, and that their interview appointment is full for June- to call back in June 17 for a interview appointment time for July most likely."

05/16/11 SIF on the payment portal website

05/20/11 Interview letter arrived via email for June 15 interview date in Guz

06/13/11 Medical Test today

06/15/11 Doc intake

06/16/11 Interview day waited for my wife at the embassy

06/16/11 APPROVE

06/18/11 Visa in her hand at China post office

6/23/11 Land in US at San Francisco airport

7/11/11 Waiting for her SSN card, received her Green Card Already

That's a little reassuring then. I see on your timeline that you sent your email packages on the 21st of March. I got the AVS message about them sending a package in the mail to us also, but I think that is the standard AVS response. You should have gotten the case complete email already. Have you tried calling them yet?

I sent an inquiry last week and did not get a response but I did get a reply a little while later

07/12/11 New Appointment to hand in the Original Birth Certificate Finial Approval

07/25/11 Still waiting for Visa to be received

08/04/11 POE at Orlando International

AVR is useless on EP cases, once you've paid the AOS feebill.

Suggest emailing off yer packets once a day, for 7 days, around 10 AM EST.

Then each day around 10 PM EST, call into NVC, get one of those braindead NVC TeleOperators, and go through yer nightly training process to teach them about EP. Convo something like this:

Hey - what's going on with my casefile status? I'm an Electronic Processing Case, bound to Guangzhou - and I need you to CHECK the status of the email bundling into SAFEFILE. It's ok - you probably not know anything about EP cases and how to check for the PDF inclusions - I'm happy to hold whilst you check with a supervisor. [yer put on hold, he comes back] - Alrighty - did you SEE the email detach from your email system, get routed into my casefile? No ? Alrighty - get me a supervisor, as you don't have the right access on your computer to help me..

[supervisor comes on the line]Hey ! Please check the email system, make sure my PDF file collection got detached properly and bundled up into the electronic casefile - Sure, I'll hold whilst you check it.

Got an email from a person today in response to the I-864 package email, but nothing for the IV package email yet. Not sure what the heck is going on at NVC. Between them and the incompetent people at the IRS, they are ruining my life this week :wacko:
