I came over here by K1 visa, I got 2 yr GC in 09 (w/t an interview). My husband and I got divorced in 2009. I filed 751 waiver and got 10 yr GC in 2011 (w/t an interview). I'm wondering when I apply for citizenship, will they ask about the evidences of my husband and me anymore?

You will have to wait until you have been a LPR for five years (2014) before you can apply. You will have to disclose all your prior marriages on the form.

You will not need to show evidence of you and your husband if you wait the five years to file for N-400. Joint evidence is only needed if you're filing within 3 years based on an on-going marriage.
