Embassy Review : First interview denied in 2009. Second interview alot better. It was still a few hang-ups but God intervined. The consulate officer this time around very nice and not rude at all. Thank God for that guy. Sorry not sure of his name, but he did do a little more thorough investigating from last interview which lead to questions of why first interview was denied. We almost thought we had to go through this journey longer when an I-601 was issued but it was withdrawed. Process extremely trying but positive results. The storm is over! My husband is home!

If it is a DCF they made us file in person and it was cash only at the consulate.

The good news? They checked out the marriage at the time of filing LOL.....it's "approved pending background checks" from that time.

Hello, Our i-130 is ready to send. The only thing is we cant figure out is how to make the payment! Dose any one know? Melissa
