Harrisonburg, VA 22801

Or the old address

Texas Service Center

AR-11, not CR-11. The form here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=c1a94154d7b3d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD explains the mailing address for the AR-11 as this:

U.S Department of Homeland Security

Citizenship and Immigration Services

Attn: Change of Address

1344 Pleasants Drive

Harrisonburg, VA 22801

The I-865 is here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=1ba892623014d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD and the change of address address is apparently dependent on where your new address is located. The link above explains it.
