I just checked my cases online this morning and to my suprise my EAD was approved.

Receipt Number: MSC************

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status:

On September 5, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

You can choose to receive automatic case status updates, which will be sent via email. Please click here to create an account online.

Note: Case Status is available for Applications and Petitions which were filed at USCIS Service Centers. If you filed at a USCIS Local Office, your case status may not be reviewable online but for processing times on forms filed at that Office please, click here.

Finally i can work now :dance::dance::dance: . 2 down and one to go now after the AP and EAD approval. Yet again VJ's timeline was close to the date it said i would be approved by. Thank you to everybody who has read my whiney posts.

My EAD got touched yesterday, so I'm hoping my EAD gets approved soon too. :)

I imagine it will be.Mine was touched last week now this.Hope you are approoved soon and thank you for your advice.

July 25, 2006 - Biometrics schedule

Aug. 15, 2006 - NOA 2 for AOS...interview scheduled Oct.12'06 in Detroit

Aug. 31, 2006 - EAD touched

Sep. 5, 2006 - EAD APPROVED!!!!! .... waiting for them to mail the card

Sep. 12, 2006 - EAD card arrives....wooooooooooooooohooooooooooo

Oct. 12, 2006 - AOS interview......Successful!!! whew

Oct. 19, 2006 - Approval notice arrives in the mail (WELCOME TO AMERICA!!)

Oct. 23, 2006 - Green Card arrives!!!!

...........finally....some peace and quiet for 2 years.......

Hi there,

I just got an email from them to saying my EAD card was approved as of September 6th 2006. I am so excited!! It only took about a month and a half from start to finish!!

I just checked my cases online this morning and to my suprise my EAD was approved.

We also got an e-mail and an online Update today our EAD is approved & card is on its way.

Goon on ye, Good on me, Good on US :thumbs:

How long normally before i will get the card in the mail.

7-10 days I visit another forum and they all have a turn around of 6- 8 days from the date of the e-mail, we all should receive the card in a week!
