copy of my US passport only where my picture is and the next page departing and arrival stamps. The rest is not stamped or do i have to make copies of all pages as well? Not 100% sure about how much of the passport to send in as proof of citizenship (but you can use your US birth certificate in place of the passport to meet this requirement), as I've read conflicting information, perhaps someone else can chime in. Basically the arrival and departure stamps are to proof that you've been in the same country as each other and count towards evidence of bonafide relationship.

What else do i need or is this okay?

Other required things:

A check/money order for $420

marriage certificate

divorce certificate (if applicable)

Optional:

Any other evidence of bonafide relationship/marriage you wish to include

Form G-1145 e-notification of application/petition acceptance

Please read the instructions to the I-130 carefully and thoroughly. And the guides here are really helpful too.

Welcome to VJ! :)

You're missing evidence of US Citizenship. You can use a photocopy of a certified copy of your birth certificate, a copy of a naturalization certificate or a copy of all pages of your US Passport.

Ok Thanks. I have to take it out again because I placed it on the back of the G_325A form, but she didn't send me the picture signed. I'll just print our names on the back and put it in a zip lock bag.

I see you married your wife from the philippines also hehe.

On the instructions it say's to place it on a sheet of paper also. So I staple the zip lock bag to a blank sheet of paper and attached it to the front of the G-325A. Is this ok or i just take out the blank sheet of paper and only attach the zip lock bag with the picture to the front of the G-325A form? I want to send the packet tomorrow already.

There is no connection between the G325a and the passport photo. They just appear in that order in the instructions. Yes, put the photo in a bag and attach the bag to a full sheet of paper. Put it anywhere in the package you wish.
