You neither need to send any photographs of your wedding, nor any NOA

IV package

  1. ds-230 signed part 1 only
  2. 2 passport size photos of beneficiary
  3. 2 copies of beneficiary's passport
  4. birth certificate
  5. marriage certificate
  6. police certificate
  7. military certificate ( if served in the military )

AOS package

  1. form I-864
  2. most recent tax return
  3. pay stubs and employment letter
  4. last three years tax return ( optional )

Oh and of course the cover sheets of each of the packages ( you can print them from the website where you paid the AOS and IV bill )

Find a job you love to do, and you will never work another day in your life.

DS230 Part 2 also right?? Not just part one? :)

**Also, put Beneficiary's full name, date of birth, and NVC case number on back of beneficiary passport photos. And I put mine in a plastic zipclose baggie.
