Ive finally (after days and days of hard work) finished my ROC package which is waivered since I am recently divorced.

Its about 5 inches thick but id rather be safe then sorry.

Here are my Table of contents:

Mailer (that I got with my CGC) They say the file will be processed quicker if i include this.

List of addresses Ive lived at since recieving my CGC plus AR-11 confirmation #

Divorce Decree (copy)

Sowrn affidavit from a friend that knew us as a couple

IRS joint Tax transcripts (2009-2010)

Rental Agreements plus statement from apt manager to say we both lived there. Correspondence via email from lanlord when we lived at our townhome

Joint car insurance cards

copy of reciept after purchasing one of our cars

copy of both of our drivers lisence (which states same address)

Joint bank account statements with attached reciepts/iteraries and utilities that correspond with debits on bank statement

Joint medical and dental insurance cards and statements

utiltity statements from both properties where we lived (most in both our names but one in just mine)

Joint gym membership contract

my 401K where it states Andrew is my husband

Vet bills of our pets showing joint ownership and our address

Miscellaneous (various letters from friends and family, photos of us, email correspondents between myself and andrew over the years regarding every day life, emails from friends and family, booking receipt of hotel when my parents came to stay and we all took a trip to grand canyon- it states my dads name on one of the booking forms)

Check made out to USCIS for $505

Phewwwwwwwwwww, i hope thats enough!!!

I do have one qs...when me and my husband seperated, i moved out in July but didnt do the AR-11 till November as my head was a spin and elsewhere. Even though I have AR-11 confirmation it doesnt exactly ties up with when I stated I moved out. Will this be a problem? Its the only time ive ever failed to let them know instantly.

Anyways...sending it in the next few days..wish me luck!! :S

Do not forget to add a copy of your conditional GC, front and back.

And, you do not need to submit AR-11s. That way less chance for anyone wondering about mismatches :)

CR-1 Timeline

March'07 NOA1 date, case transferred to CSC

June'07 NOA2 per USCIS website!

Waiver I-751 timeline

July'09 Check cashed.

Jan'10 10 year GC received.

Ohh yea forgot about that...I already have copied that and its included in my packet. :)

Ive already listed AR-11's on my table of contents so dont want to change it (im tired of this :) ) Im thinking it may just lead them into knowing that im honest and really do follow the rules by the book!

Is my evidence ok??any more to add?
