HI OTTA HOW ABOUT YOU TRY TO ANSWER MY QUESTION TOO??? BECAUSE I SEE YOU ARE SO KIND TO MOVE PEOPLE TOPIC TO APPROPROPRIATE PLACES. thank you

I'm afraid I don't have the exact answer you might be seeking - no personal experience with your Embassy/Consulate. As far as formatting any email/letter goes - there is no 'one' format - just a business style letter seems to works best.

For some details regarding your specific Embassy/Consulate, see Jakarta Embassy Information section. Also Embassy Review section may be helpful.
