Senators Office as been a huge help

Those two I could petition for, with wife, her application was misplaced, twice, during the ROC and oath letter. For stepdaughter I could also petition for, her common Spanish last name was confused with known criminals with exactly the same name. Both are US citizens now finally, this was started in September of 2004.

So since my wife petitioned for her unmarried son that was slightly over 21 at the time that I could not petition for, she asked me to contact our senators office for help. We were advised at the time to wait until she got her US citizenship before petitioning for her son as a LPR would take years. While the USCIS processing site is stating five months, she petition over 26 months ago, was told for Venezuela, they are now processing petitions dating back to May of 2004 and there is not a thing they can do to help us.

In doing a search, Obama is far more interested in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Africa in bringing those people here. Life for my stepson in Venezuela is miserable, but at least we found a means to send him money so he can eat.

One word that is not in the DOS or USCIS vocabulary is "family". I don't know what to do. Looks like at least another seven years if they stay on schedule.

This is about a 28 year old adult?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
