How come I read it on my consulate for requirements and the DS-157 is not listed? Is this base on the consulate? And what is the NBI and CENOMAR you mentioned? I've haven't heard of that since I've been on here. Good luck on the interview and get a good sleep.

Not every embassy required the DS-157. NBI is the Philippine equivalent of our FBI, CENOMAR is a certificate of no marriage document.

You should put the address of the Consulate you are going to have your interview.

Good luck! I like your topic my interview is on April 19 so I am in the same situation you are in. Good luck for all of us. Next week we are cameing back here with great new!!!! =)

ours is the same address with the original letter of intent but we just change the date closest to the interview.

is that ok? or it should be the consulate where my fiancee willl be having her interview?

It should be addressed to the US Embassy as I was told by a member here who had her interview :)

My last-minute advice would be to make sure to have a bottle of champagne chilling at home so you can celebrate right away!

August 23, 2010 - I-129 F package sent via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.

August 30, 2010 - Per Department of Homeland Security (DHS) e-mail, petition received and routed to California Service Center for processing. Check cashed. I-797C Notice of Action by mail (NOA 1) - Received date 08/25/2010. Notice date 08/27/2010.

After 150 days of imposed anxious patience...

January 24, 2011 - Per USCIS website, petition approved and notice mailed.

January 31, 2011 - Approval receipt notice (NOA 2) received by mail. Called NVC, given Santo Domingo case number, and informed that petition was sent same day to consulate.

Called Visa Specialist at the Department of State every day for a case update. Informed of interview date on February, 16 2011. Informed that packet was mailed to fiance on February, 15 2011.

February 21, 2011 - Fiance has not yet received packet. Called 1-877-804-5402 (Visa Information Center of the United States Embassy) to request a duplicate packet in person pick-up at the US consulate in Santo Domingo. Packet can be picked-up by fiance on 02/28.

March 1, 2011 - Medical exam completed at Consultorios de Visa in Santo Domingo.

March 9, 2011 at 6 AM - Interview, approved!

March 18, 2011 - POE together. JFK and O'Hare airports. Legal wedding: May 16, 2011.

It's too late to send her a new one now, so hopefully it won't matter. To be on the safe side, why not make another with the right address, scan it, and email it to her. I know it won't be an original signature, but if combined with the other one, you may be less likely to have a problem.

09-07-2010 - I-129F filed for K-1 Visa.
09-12-2010 - NOA1 confirmation email received.
11-02-2010 - I visitied the Philippines again.

02-07-2011 - NOA2 email recieved. Approved.
03-22-2011 - Case at USEM.

04-15-2011 - Interview Date. She passed.
05-01-2011 - POE

06-25-2011 - We were married.

can she just use the consulate's address and mine is just the uscis?

yeah, it's toooo late already. i hope they wont even ask for it.

they didnt ask for a letter of intent to marry from us. and its not even in the list of requirements from the website.
