im so angry.... its my love's bday and i have to wait through this ###### up bureaucratic process where im sure my paperwork is just laying around... it doesnt take 6 months to check someone's background.... anyway... im upset i have to be without her and she with out me.... this system is ###### up

One month after NOA1 is a drop in the bucket considering plenty of people are pushing six months. Hang in there...

i am not waiting one month.. im waiting almost a year.... there was a delay in submitting paper work.. and there are not thousands of people... its just government being government

The submission delay is not the government's fault, it is your own. And as of the latest data for January 2011 Cali had 24,000 petitions and in the entire USCIS system there are currently 1.5 million petitions.
