Hi I received this email from info@visaops.net, after sending request to see if my pkt3 was received, this is the reply:

Upon completion of the review of your case, we will instruct you via the email address you provided to us to request an interview appointment through the CSC VISA INFORMATION SERVICES, http://canada.usvisa-info.com/. At this point, you are ready for an interview at the U.S. Consulate General in Montreal, where all interviews for immigration to the US from Canada are processed."

My questions are:

1. Do I now change my application details to "ready to schedule interview" page on http://canada.usvisa-info.com and just wait for this email?

2. can I request a female Dr. for my medical when I do receive Pkt4?

Thanks again for all you very gracious and helpful VJ's

You need to be calling DOS to find you if your packet 3 was logged not emailing. Most email replies are automated. So Monday morning call DOS and ask if Montreal has logged your packet 3. NOT until the time that they tell you that packet 3 was logged and packet 4 was sent should you go ahead and change anything on the scheduling site.

I have never heard of anyone requesting a female Dr. But you can try. The medical is very easy, nothing to get shy about.

Sent AOS pack......2011-08-08

Thanks Jeannie, I tried calling DOS and there is no live "person" only automated details to access websites..do you have a special magical number for DOS that might allow me to speak to someone?
