My wife's case is complete in the NVC and i was told they only scedule interviews during the second week of the month and there is no set standard to who gets there interview sceduled is there someone i can call or e-mail to scedule a interview for my wife

NO, there is no one you can call to schedule the interview, NVC will schedule the interview depending on the capacity of the consulate and the date your case was completed

NVC schedules IR1/CR1 interviews for Manila. In our case it took 19 days from CC to assigning interview date for my wife. When was your CC?

cc date is 4/15/2011 i hope to be all done and waiting for the visa by 6/15/2011
