you have 90 days after your entry to the US to marry. It does not matter that your visa is expired because that is only needed to ENTER the US. As long as you marry within the 90 days after you will be fine!

You live in Morocco.

You got a K-1 visa on February 3. It is valid until August 1.

That means, you can fly anytime to the US, even on May 25, if that works good for you.

When you arrive at the airport in the US, they will put an I-94 in your passport. It is good for another 90 days. What that means is that if you enter the US on May 25, the I-94 will be valid until (about) August 25. You need to get married until then.

So I do not see any problems with your plan of flying to the US on May 25.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities, an intricate knot of German-Americans, Irish-Americans, English-Americans, French-Americans, Scandinavian-Americans or Italian-Americans, each preserving its separate nationality, each at heart feeling more sympathy with Europeans of that nationality, than with the other citizens of the American Republic . . . . There is no such thing as a hyphenated American who is a good American. The only man who is a good American is the man who is an American and nothing else.

The processof getting married in the states is not as complicated as getting married in Morocco. I you are not planning on having a wedding you can marry at the court in a matter of a few days

You just have to arrive in America before your K1 Visa expires. Your 90 days (to get married) starts the day you actually step foot in America... so your time has not started yet. :o) You will be fine!
