In my opinion, I will not give them any credit for them doing there job. Dealing with USCIS , I have gotten the worst customer service I have ever got from anyone. You have no clue what's going on with your case. They will lie to you just to shut you up. Does it really have to take 6months or longer to approve a case or send out an RFE? Everyone on here is treated like a pawn by them. I am a paramedic, the other day I got the honor of bringing back a 3 year old boy that was in cardiac arrest. Last time I checked he is in the ICU recovering fine and they pulled his breathing tube because he was breathing fine on his own. I got to tell his parents that we restarted his heart enroute to the hospital and did not lose a pulse afterward. His parents hugged each other but neither of them said thank you to me or my partner. We don't expect it because that's what we are paid to do. Those USCIS people getpaid to do what they do. I am happy that my approval is coming real soon. But I will remember everything that has happened to me and all of you during this process dealing with USCIS. My best friend bob got approved in 42 days in 2009 from the VSC. There is no excuse for having to wait 6 months. The VSC has approved a lot of cases the past 2 weeks, but were the hell were they a month ago?

We have waited almost SEVEN MONTHS and until now we don't get a positive response everytime we call them. They said waiting for almost seven months is still within their normal processing. What the hell they are telling? :o

I agree, even though we finally got approval on Wednesday; I really feel let down by VSC, feel like we should be so much further along in the visa process than just now waiting for our case to get to NVC. Waiting more than 8 months at VSC is ridiculous!! I have a few choice words for them.
