So recieved my NOA2 by txt message today, and my packet was sent yesterday, 4/13/2011. I was shocked!!! I have read on this site how long others have been waiting at VSC and was not expecting it. So, if it helps any, this is what I did. April 8th was our 5 month mark. I called and filled a complaint with my congressman the week before our 5 month mark. Yesterday I called the phone number on my NOA1 reciept. At first, the lady I spoke to said I was out of normal process time and would she put in a service request for me. I was put on hold for about a minute. She came back on and said she could not because they were only now processing Sept.11 people and it would be another 58 or 59 days before I was technically "out of normal processing times". So, I guess it was contacting the congressman that maybe did it? I really am not sure. But, I know I did contact the congress office before the 5 month mark and I recieved my NOA2 a week and half later. Maybe this will help some, but I am SOOOOO excited we recieved the 2nd notice!! Good luck and speedy results to all!!!! Also, my second half is from the Netherlands, in case anyone was wondering!

Well, I went to his website (Ben Chandler in Ky), printed off the privacy form, and then had it faxed to my local office (which was on their website). I filled out a form that stated I had a complaint with a K1 visa process (VSC) and the USCIS. A women named Lisa was then given my case, and she contacted USCIS from there. I called back after that 2 days later to make sure she got my info, and she had already recieved it and put an inquiry to VSC about it. But no, I did not talk to him personally. That really is all I did, it didn't seem to hard to get in touch. I know it is not a lot of info, but I have really did not do anythin else. I hope this helps you out though, and thank you for the congrats and I hope I hear of your NOA2 soon!!!
