I think the visa delivery fee is already covered with the visa fee which is $350.

it's correct.

 If you are eligible for a K1 or K2 visa, your passport with the approved visa will be delivered to your designated delivery address at no additional cost. The Embassy uses a guaranteed courier service to handle visa deliveries. 2GO commercial courier is the new Embassy's authorized courier service provider for the visa units. Delivery should be within two weeks from your visa issuance. Applicants also have the option to pick up the visas at any 2GO branch.

When did they stop charging the applicant for delivery?

On December 1, 2010, when they switched from Air21 to 2Go. Now the delivery charge is included in the visa fee.

That's good to know. Personally I hate Air21 and was glad to hear they lost what was I'm sure a lucrative contract with the US Embassy.

I bet you Air21 was better to deal with versus Delbros who was doing the delivery and the document verification handling before Air 21

That's kind of like saying you'd rather eat dog vomit than dog poop. I'll do neither thank you...

true, no visa delivery fee she will get her visa 1 week after interview.

How about IR/CR visa applicants? Will the delivery charge be included in IV bill or still need to pay after interview approval just like before?
