Hi Guys , I just recieved a text and email stating that my case is finally APPROVED. Oh Happy Day

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On April 12, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I finally have the elusive and mythical NOA2. It has just dawned on me --it all seems surreal My Fiancee will be one happy camper It came on the eve of our first year anniversary since we met --what good luck :thumbs::dance::dance::dance:

Luck You, I also mailed my I-130 around this time and I yet to get my NOA2, everyday I check Email/Text and Snail Mail and it makes me ever more madder everytime, Arrrr. But will continue to pray!

But Congrats Richie, good luck on NVC Trip!

DJosh --just hang in there . I filed for a K1 , and u filed for a IR/CR1. I heard that yours take a longer time to process .Best of luck .
