I will meet my fiancee again on July ,can I marry her while we are waiting for our K1 visa ?

BIG NO

K1 is fiance visa, you can marry her only in the USA within 90 days of her arrival and basta ! Otherwise she will be denied at interview, and you ll have to file for CR1, pay and wait another 8-9 months.

Of course you can. You'll just have to start all over again with a CR-1 spousal visa. Is there any particular reason why you would prefer to get married in July?

well yes you could marry her, but like the others have said you would have to pay

a different set of fees, start all over again and wait all over again, is this something

YES you can... but then the K-1 will no longer be issued to her and then you will have to withdraw that and file all over again for the CR-1 visa while losing all payments for the K-1. Your decision; but nothing prevents you from doing that. It's just not a smart move since you already file for the K-1.

In my country there is an official wedding and a church wedding, you can obviously do the religion related wedding. It just cannot be the legally binding one.

You can have a "wedding" and not register it. Legally you won't be married but if her family is wanting to have a wedding then this is one way to go about it without having to change your visa petition. When she arrives in the US then you have to have the legal marriage.

What if he marry her just a ceremony without any legal paper work? Our asian culture want us to have a wedding ceremony before take their daughter away.

this is something to be very careful of because pics from even a formal engagement party has made a lot of problems for some couples as the person doing the interview can and will at times claim the couple is married so they do not qualify for k1

then it is a long and difficult process to prove they are not married

just my opinion

Like everyone else has mentioned. You can do a ceremony but not an official wedding , since part of the K1 process is agreeing to marry within 90 days of her entering the US. Since you are very early in the process , If you don't mind withdrawing your application (keep i mind that you loose the filing fee) and then file for a spousal visa after your wedding then thats up to you.

We did an engagement ceremony and a wedding on a K1 visa. Currently we are still single. We are getting marry as soon as she arrives USA. If you worry about the photos, do not show your wedding photos. We only showed our engagement ceremony photos. And for our honeymoon, it just looks like a couple on vacation. No problem ever arise during the interview, but make sure the beneficiary is your fiance, not husband/wife.
