Doesn't seem so....CSC seems to be good at getting our hopes up, then vacating the premises.

3/29/06 - K1 packet recieved at NSC

6/01/06 - Redirected to CSC

6/14/06 - CSC e-mailed confirmation on the reciept of file

6/23/06 - They they sent the IMBRA RFE

7/03/06 - The emailed that the IMBRA RFE went out on 6/23/06

7/03/06 - I received IMBRA RFE

7/05/06 - Touched

7/06/06 - Delivery Confirmation from the Post Office RFE recieved

7/11/06 - Email notification from CSC that IMBRA RFE Recieved

7/12/06 - Touched (but was to respond to an email that only said 'request recieved and will be processed within 30 days. argh)

Bluesurf got his today. I have been in contact with my Senator. He called the CSC last week and got a supervisor to look at my case. Then the supervisor went on vacation for a week!! My Senator said she will be back tomorrow. Lets see what happens.

I finally found someone in government that is really on my side. He thinks I am getting screwed. He sent my timelines and several of my emails to the CSC and then got the Senator himself to send a letter to them. As Steve will tell you I am a strong Republican but this time Senator Durbin has my vote!!! He has gone the extra mile for me!!

Did you get the address I sent you?

I wrote CSC and told to wait 45 days. Then wrote the Governor and never heard anything. I then wrote and faxed the Senator who did write CSC for me and CSC asked that we wait another 60 days which is now today. If I don’t receive something today I will be writing the Senator back to inform them, as they requested I do. Hope something works.
