I recently moved to another state and i just got a new mail address. However, the new address is "general delivery", i do not have a P. O. Box or a route address. Should i change my address to the genenal delivery or should i wait until i have my route address? I do not have a pending case and will be filing for ROC soon. Thanks for your answers.

You wont be filing ROC till 2013 and I don't have a pending case either but you have to notify USCSI 10 days of moving by filling in CR11 and the petitioner needs to fill in I-865 as well for change of address.

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

You can elect to get a post office box if you wish or use that "general delivery" address.. whatever that is.

You have 10 days to file an AR-11. The USC petitioner needs to file an I-865 but depending where you look they have either 10 or 30 days to do so.
