We just completed ours in the exact same way and had no problems.

My son and his finace just completed and sent their I-129F. My question is regarding completing the I-34 as a Co-sponsor. I have seen the example on the forums of the I-34 and read everything regarding it but being a co-sponsor I don't assume that I complete the I-34 the exact same way as my son. Does anyone know where I can find an example of an I-34 completed by a co-sponsor? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

And a side note; this site is an awesome resource and greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Okay, so im gonna go on a bit of a rant right now but this is our story :

My USC fiance is currently out of work and living with his parents. luckily they have said that we can both live with them when i come home and that they will be my co sponsor for the I134. But i have a few questions because i am a bit worried. For arguments sake we'll say that is mom is the one sponsoring me, I kjknow that she needs to include her husband as a dependant and myself but what about my fiance? He helps his dad out with a lot of stuff in lieu of rent etc but would he have to be listed as a dependant aswell becasue he's not working? we are worried about this because then his mom would come justtttt under the 125% poverty line for 4 people. So, my next question, if that is the case, then can we use have both his parents fill out separate affidavits with both their incomes because combined it is well over what we need?

I really hope that wasn't too confusing :/ But we're getting pretty worried right now and it's just so hard to find any decent information on any of this. Thankyou so much to anyway that can help in any way :)

Finally time for AOS.......

12/07/11 Sent AOS package

12/09/11 AOS package delivered

12/14/11 Received NOA for I-485 and I-765 (we're not applying for AP)

12/22/11 Received letter for Biometrics

01/04/12 Biometrics in Phoenix

01/31/12 Received email update from USCIS saying that we've been scheduled for an interview

02/03/12 Got an email saying card production had been ordered for my EAD...now just to wait for the card...

02/09/12 Received email saying EAD card has been sent

02/13/12 Received EAD card :D :D :D :D

03/06/12 Interview in Phoenix :).....Approved :D

03/14/12 Received Green card in mail.....

....no more USCIS until December 2013

Firstly,I thank all the members of this forum for their precious helps to the applicants of visa and immigrants people.

Substantially, the I 134 is not an easy process on the way of the responsibility that sponsors bears towards the applicant.

Including my case ,I'm really upset with finding some one who will be my sponsor, whenver I told some friends to provide me the form, they respond that the form I 134 is big responsiblity and the goevernement will sue the sponsor if he/she doesn't provides the applicant with all his needs.

Overall,I 'm looking for some explanations about the difficulties of supporting some one:

Is there any risk If the sponsor fill the form I134?

How long the period of responsibility will bear the sponsor?

Have a quick question on line 7 of the I-134. What should I put for the location of my work, if someone else has had this same situation. My pay stubs and employment verification will show California, but I work and live in Oregon. Do I put down my local office, or what is on my pay stubs and employment verification let?

Thanks!
