AOS topic, moving to AOS forum...

1) Red number on Visa

2) Yes, NON-Immigrant is applying to adjust status.

3) Is date written on the I-94 card stapled in passport by officer when arriving in the USA.

4) Keep in mind the primary reason SSA issues SSN to K-1 is to get married, some states require SSN to get married, if already married, some SSA offices tend to give a hard time issuing the SSN, and want evidence that are authorized to work.

3) Yep, typically hand written in ink with pen.

4) From about 2 weeks after arriving until up to 10 days before I-94 expires. After that then have to wait for EAD card or Green-card to apply for SSN.
