We just did our final preparations last night. She has no worries nor do I. I just told her go and do what you have to do, if you get it great, if not I am ready to solve it no matter what happens. I did tell her if it does not go well to remember as much details as she can so we can tackle this the right way.

She leaves tomorrow around 11:30 AM EST (9 PM IST) and she will arrive in Bombay around 5 AM IST via train. The interview is at 7:30 AM IST Thursday which is 9 PM EST Wednesday.

I hopefully will have a call before 1 AM EST. I will be sure to keep all of you guys informed as to what happened/happens.

We just have that feeling like you do right before your college finals or a huge exam...that you have prepared enough and just that waiting period before the actual exam in which your mind goes bonkers thinking of all the scenarios or question that could be asked.

Like I have done with the entire process and for the countless others I have helped on here during this entire process... I have thought of both the postive outcomes and even doubly the negative outcomes to fully prepare for this journey.

I thank everyone for their prayers, support and well wishes. I wish you all the same. I hope later on tomorrow I can share good news with you all.

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

Thanks for your support throughout the process Sunny. We both appreciate it so much. Before you joined it was just me helping out the new Indian filers and we both together helped out countless amount of Individuals.

I have very good feelings for the interview. We have a text book cultural Indian wedding and no red flags whats so ever. Let's hope that is the case for Kinnari's interview.

Western Union Money Transfers

Any joint property owned

Any bills or invoices that contain both of your names

Any party invitations that show both of your names

Wedding pictures, honeymoon pictures, relationship pictures

Receipts showing postage mailed to Ghana

This is just some of the items that came off the top of my head.

For Ghana you want to have a large pile of bonafide relationship evidence. It's a high immigration fraud country.

Kinnari was in and out in less than 1 hour and 10 minutes with an APPROVAL!

Did not get the full details of the interview but I will get them in the next couple days once my wife gets back to our hometown.

Such a sigh of relief...thanks to everyone that has helped us throughout this journey. I could not have done it without you guys!

September 2nd, 2011- IV bill invoiced and paid

September 13th, 2011- IV bill appears as PAID, Submitted DS-260 and emailed DS-260 supporting documents

September 13th, 2011- Received a bogus RFE that was false but resubmitted requested documents that were already there anyways

September 21st, 2011- Case Complete!

November 2nd, 2011- Medical in Vancouver

November 7th, 2011- INTERVIEW in Montreal!!! APPROVED!!! :)

November 24th, 2011- POE- Undecided yet! :)
