Just got our case number and IIN!! Also sent in DS230. Rolling along now! :dance:

CONGRATULATIONS!

Did you send in the DS230 or the DS3032? The assignment of agent form is the DS3032.. just making sure you sent the correct one! Also it seems as though you need to wait until you get the email from the NVC with your case # and such before sending the DS3032 otherwise they will not be able to process it!

CONGRATULATIONS!

Did you send in the DS230 or the DS3032? The assignment of agent form is the DS3032.. just making sure you sent the correct one! Also it seems as though you need to wait until you get the email from the NVC with your case # and such before sending the DS3032 otherwise they will not be able to process it!

Oops! Yes I did mean the DS3032! There are just so many darn numbers to remember! lol

I didn't know I had to wait. I thought once I had the case number I could send it. #######. Hope this doesn't slow anything down. :blink:

I wouldn't worry about it too much.. The worst that will happen is that you will receive an email saying they cant assign an agent yet. And then you will have to resend it later!

I just called NVC and automated machine says that there are some missing documents for which NVC is sending me a letter. We have sent AOS and still working on DS-230 package. So I was scared if we got an RFE on AOS..but when I talked to an operator, she mentioned that AOS is accepted and NVC is just emailing us about DS-230 package that they are waiting to receive. So, the automated response machine can scare you!!!!

Don't worry, it is the false RFE. Very soon the message on your AVR changes to "NVC has received the checklist document". This is the first sign that your DS-230 is being processed.

Note that the Operator will not know this till it is entered into the system but the AVR will give you that infomation. This is the only time AVR is ahead of the Operator. From now on just check AVR only. Once the AVR message changes, then check the payment website for SIF and/ or call an operator.

AOS packet mailed today :dance:

I couldn't wait for the IV bill I just hadta send a packet out lol!

I came back to work and now the invoice site shows my IV fee! I cant click on it yet but very very soon I should be able to! YAY!!!

Guess I just hadta threaten them by sending a package :rofl:

One more thing..... I've signed into the payment site every day, but even though the operator told me today that my case was complete I'm still not getting SIF. That's weird, huh?!
